All our products are stored in France in our logistics agency (53). We ensure a daily shipment for all orders placed before 4pm (except weekends and holidays). All deliveries are tracked with a Tracking Number that will be transmitted to you in your order history and sent by email as soon as the carrier scans your order. Please note that we take every precaution to ensure safe packaging and transportation so that the package is delivered without impact.
Several delivery options
In a relay point (except countries outside Europe)
Your parcel is delivered to the collection point of your choice (Post Office, Pickup or approved shops). You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days.
At your office/home
Your package is delivered directly to your office or home. If you are absent, a notice of passage will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your parcel the next day.
Express delivery
You need your products and/or accessories quickly? Opt for an express delivery by choosing Chronopost (24 hours) at home or in Chrono Relay (delivered the next day in a dedicated collection point). For international express delivery, contact us.

Our deliveries are made in more than 75 countries.
We deliver on all continents. Remember to select the country you wish to ship to when ordering in order to obtain the corresponding shipping costs.
