Does your product have a manufacturing defect?
In order to proceed to an exchange or a refund, you must make a return request to our team with a photo as proof of the defect found.
Steps to follow :
- Log in to your customer account.
- You will find in "Order history and details", selecting the associated order by clicking on "details", at the bottom of the page you can "Add a message" mentioning the defective product.
- We will get back to you within 24 working hours by email asking for proof (photos/videos).
