Does your product have a manufacturing defect?

In order to proceed to an exchange or a refund, you must make a return request to our team with a photo as proof of the defect found.

Steps to follow :

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. You will find in "Order history and details", selecting the associated order by clicking on "details", at the bottom of the page you can "Add a message" mentioning the defective product.
  3. We will get back to you within 24 working hours by email asking for proof (photos/videos).
