What is the reason for the return?

You changed your mind after receiving your product and wish to return it?

What are the conditions to be able to retract ?

It is necessary that you let us know your will to retract within 14 calendar days after the delivery date*.

After this period of 14 calendar days, your right of withdrawal is revoked.

The items must be unused and without any trace or wear (For electronic devices, a discount of 30% may apply if the product is not returned in its original new condition)

The return shipping costs will be at your expense (except if you paid by PayPal, the return shipping costs are taken care of by PayPal, see conditions on PayPal)

Steps to follow:

You must first inform our team of your desire to withdraw by contacting us by phone, email, chat or via the site:

  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Go to "History and details of my orders", select the desired order, click on "details", at the bottom of the page "add a message" to write us.
  3. As soon as we receive your request, our team will answer you within 24 hours.

*Cancellation clause valid for a sale to a consumer (Individual).

Your product has a manufacturing defect?

In order to proceed to an exchange or a refund, you must make a request for return to our team with a photo for proof of the defect.

Steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. You will find in "History and details of my orders", selecting the associated order by clicking on "details", at the bottom of the page you can "Add a message" mentioning the defective product.
  3. We will come back to you within 24 hours by email asking you for proof (photos/videos)

When you order on our website, you order a product from a brand or a manufacturer. Each brand/manufacturer has its own guarantees.

In general, when you have an after sales problem with a product, you should inform the manufacturer directly. If you need help with your problem, you can also contact us and we will help you as much as possible
